Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid purchases of memgit cloud (app.memgit.dev), operated by Hari Hara Sankar K A (sole proprietor, India).
Try before you pay
Every account starts with a 14-day free trial with full functionality, so you can fully evaluate the service before paying anything. We encourage you to use the trial to make sure memgit cloud fits your workflow.
No subscriptions, nothing to cancel
Payments for memgit cloud are one-time purchases for a fixed period (one month or one year). They are non-recurring: there is no auto-renewal and no auto-debit, so there is no subscription to cancel. When a period ends, access to paid features simply stops unless you choose to buy another period — and your data always remains readable and exportable.
When we refund
We issue a full refund if:
- you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge, or a payment that did not activate your plan; or
- the service was materially unavailable during your paid period.
Email codeforyou4161@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge, including your order ID (it looks like mgc_…) and a short description of the problem.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method via Cashfree Payments, typically within 5–10 business days of approval. Timing after that depends on your bank or card issuer.
